LASIK in China ("LIC", a Jade Crane Health property) collects only the information you choose to send through our inquiry form or by email: your name, email address, procedure interest, rough prescription, preferred city, and travel window.
Solely to respond to your inquiry, assess likely candidacy, and — if you proceed — coordinate your evaluation and travel with partner hospitals. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing, and we do not send marketing emails.
Any prescription or health details you share are used only to prepare your candidacy assessment and are shared with a partner hospital only when you ask us to arrange an evaluation.
Our inquiry form is processed by Netlify Forms; submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and forwarded to our private inbox. If form delivery fails, your email client is opened instead and nothing is stored.
We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to serve you. Email info@lasikinchina.com at any time to request a copy or deletion of your data.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit these pages and which ones they find useful. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not build a profile of you. What we see are aggregate counts — page views, the country a visit came from, browser and device type, and the website or search engine that referred you. We do not see individuals. Your IP address is processed transiently by Cloudflare to derive the country and to avoid counting the same visit twice; it is not stored and is never exposed to us. Because there are no cookies and no personal data retained, no consent banner is required. If you would still rather not be counted, any standard tracker-blocking browser extension will block it.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, scroll depth, clicks, and anonymised session replays. Clarity masks the text you type into any field by default, and our enquiry forms are additionally marked as masked, so your name, email, and message are not captured in recordings. Clarity data is processed under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Analytics-blocking extensions and Do Not Track work normally against it.
